Changing your mind

If you buy as a consumer and the withdrawal right has not lawfully ended, you normally have 14 days from the day after the digital-content contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. If required withdrawal information is missing, the period can be extended by law. Buying a commercial-use licence does not by itself remove consumer rights; your actual purpose of purchase matters.

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right ends only when supply has begun after your prior express consent and acknowledgement that this will end that right, and you have received the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, such as email. It does not disappear merely because the product is digital. Rights relating to faulty, missing or incorrectly supplied content remain.

How to withdraw

You can send a clear withdrawal statement to info@log3film.com or use the online withdrawal function below. Include your name, the order reference or other details that identify the contract, and the email address for your receipt. You do not need to give a reason or use one particular form. Sending the statement within the applicable period is enough; you do not need to wait for our approval.

Optional wording: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following digital content: …; ordered on: …; name: …; contact address: …; date: …”. A typed message or email does not need a handwritten signature. We acknowledge an online withdrawal without undue delay with its content and submission date and time in a form you can save. A receipt records your notice; it does not decide whether a refund is due.

Missing, faulty or incorrect files

If a download is unavailable, corrupt, incomplete, different from what you purchased or does not match the stated compatibility or description, contact info@log3film.com. An order reference and a short description help us investigate; they are not a new restriction on your statutory rights.

Where the legal conditions apply, you can require the content to be supplied or brought into conformity without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. You may be entitled to a price reduction, termination and a refund if correction is impossible, is not completed as required, fails, or the problem is sufficiently serious. Any legal right to damages remains. Defect rights do not end when a 14-day withdrawal period ends.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Tell us at info@log3film.com if you appear to have been charged twice or charged incorrectly. Provide the purchase date and a payment or order reference if available. Do not email full card details. We investigate and return any amount not owed without undue delay. You can still contact your payment provider and exercise any rights available through it.

Refund timing and use of the files

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where Swedish digital-content law requires a refund following a price reduction or termination, its 14-day limit also applies from the relevant request or termination notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We do not restart a statutory deadline when an internal review finishes.

After a valid withdrawal or termination, stop using and sharing the affected files; the associated licence and future access can end to the extent permitted by law. No physical return is needed for a download. This does not remove any statutory right concerning creative material you have supplied or created.

If we cannot resolve a complaint

Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, subject to its current conditions, time limits and fees. You may also use any competent court or other remedy available by law. Mandatory protection in your country of habitual residence is not removed by this notice.
